Summary:
"Kogura Jinpachi is a manga research club member in his high school whose parents were killed by a plot of an organization. Tetsuyoshi Yumika was brought up by her mother, an expert mercenary.
These two live as ordinary high schoolers, though the truth is they are members of Hybrid, an organization whose duty is to hunt and punish the villains and criminal organizations who can't be judge by the law. The two fight with other Hybrid members and assassins, while trying to confront the plot of a criminal organization that endanger the lives of Japanese citizens. From what I've seen, there's tons of action and drama instore. I will be buying the next three volumes and scanning them. I can also do the translating, but, somebody please help out with this part.
